Fatih is the coordinator of the Supermentor project. As a researcher and a project manager he has been involved in different research and action projects focusing on innovative solutions for migration & integration and diversity & inclusion, such as All-in-one4HER and ORIENT8. He also focuses on policy analysis at European and regional level.

Elina supports the coordination of the Supermentor. Previously, she was also one of the creators of the educational game on diversity and inclusion, Bonding Beyond Borders. In Supermentor, she contributes to the development of the training material and coordinates the transnational partnerships.

Peter is a sociologist and research manager at HIVA-KU Leuven. His main research domains are the labour market integration of migrants and migrant integration policies. Since 2014, one focus of Peter's research has been ‘mentoring to work’. Peter developed one of the first mentoring projects in Flanders, Belgium (connect2work) and is involved in several projects about mentoring, focusing on aspects of governance, quality and the effectiveness of ‘mentoring to work’ projects.

As a researcher, Liesbeth is involved in various research projects related to social integration and the strengthening of vulnerable groups in society. For Supermentor, she carried out the needs analysis that provided the impetus for the actual content development of the training.

For years Katrien is passionately guiding people and organizations in getting from point a (where they are) to point b (where they want to be) and she’s helping them to anchor this movement. As a career and stress & burnout coach she works with individuals to develop their career and to balance their work-life situation. As transition & interim manager she coaches companies to organize themselves in an agile, lean and human driven way.

As a career coach, Sylvia focuses on the things that energize people. This, she believes, is the key to success. After all, if you do things you love you will continue to do them more easily even in challenging times. Sylvia also works with this principle in company, both on career themes and on leadership development.
