OUR OFFER

● Supermentor is a training for mentors and mentoring initiatives who are supporting jobseekers with migration background.
● It has been developed based on a scientific needs analysis (HIVA KU Leuven) and improved through several test rounds by professional trainers (BtH and DWL).
● It offers a modular blended learning path based on the needs of the mentor including e-learning material, live sessions and an online community on an LMS.
● It certifies mentors who completes the learning path as supermentor.
● Supermentor training has been accredited with a BC 9022 Quality Label.
● It gives free access to its e-learning material for mentors and mentoring initiatives.
● Tailored live sessions can be planned with mentoring initiatives based on their needs.
